Order Processing<\/h2>\n<p>Orders are processed within 1\u20132 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) before dispatch.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Shipping Methods and Costs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Standard Shipping:<\/strong> \u00a35.99, delivered within 3\u20135 business days after dispatch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Express Shipping:<\/strong> \u00a39.99, delivered within 1\u20132 business days after dispatch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free Standard Shipping<\/strong> on orders over \u00a350.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Discreet Packaging<\/h2>\n<p>We understand the importance of privacy. Every order is shipped in a plain, unmarked box with no company branding, logos, or indication of contents on the exterior. The sender&#8217;s name on the shipping label is shown discreetly and does not reveal the nature of the goods.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Tracking<\/h2>\n<p>You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Failed Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Someone must be available to receive and, where required, sign for the delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will typically hold the parcel for 7\u201314 days for collection or rescheduled delivery before it is returned to us.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Lost or Delayed Parcels<\/h2>\n<p>If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
